Rachuli Khachapuri
Instructions
The dough is made from the water mixed in with yeast, milk, salt and giving the square form after putting the filling, it is fold like an envelope and the mixture of waer and some eggs over it, is baked in the oven at 200°C. When it is baked is covered with thin layer of butter over it.
