The young piece of beef, cut in average size, then washed are put into the saucepan and covered with cold water. Water should cover the meat at about 10 cm. During boiling the soup foam is taken by the spoon and some laurel leavs, grains of black pepper, garlic and salt are added. Before serving on the table some cut parsley are put over it.
