Bozbashi

Instructions

The Mutton or lamb meat cut into chunks,wash, then pour with water, so it was covered and put to boil. During boiling the foam should be taken over the surface, the cut onions and chopped fat lamb tail, some rice are added for the further boiling to with the cut coriandor, parsley and salt are added.

Lambs Meat - 500 Gr
Onions - 80 Gr
Herbs - 20 Gr
Lamb Tail - 100 Gr
Rice - 100 Gr
