Wheels is one of the first pubs in Georgia offering its citizens and foreign guests an astonishing variety of different types of the best Irish beer.
Since 1996 Wheels has been awarded a lot of prizes for the best realization of such beer as Grolsh, Oscar. Here you can sample the best of Guinness for which the citizens of Tbilisi gave Wheels another name “Guinness bar”.
